Jen creates almost anything from chocolate and hosts workshops from her Shoreham studio where she share's her extensive knowledge and skills.
Recently Chocolatican worked on a life size bust of King Charles made entirely from chocolate which was covered by BBC News, The Guardian, The Mail, The Mirror and CNN News.
