Al Duomo
Housed in a beautiful regency property adjacent to the Royal Pavillion, Al Duomo is one of Brighton & Hove’s first Italian restuarants. Head chef Ercolé and his dedicated team serve authentic Italian dishes, fresh home made pasta, pizza and gelato.
Alongside developing a new logo, typographic direction and menu artwork I hand painted and gilded two large fascias with 23 carat gold leaf and painted two projecting signs as part of a major refurbishment, change of ownership and business relaunch.
